BELT DRYING EQUIPMENT

Bet dryer is a kind of common continuous dehydrated equipment. It is widely used in food dehydration plant. It is specially for drying sliced or cut vegetable and fruit. The water content reaches to 10% or less after drying processing. The quality of raw material is not damaged. The belt drying is also used in pharmaceutical, chemical, electric industry and so on. Working temperature is adjustable for drying more raw material.

SUMMARY

The raw material to be treated should distribute on the conveyor belt through suitable mechanism such as star distributor, swing belt, crusher or granulator. The conveyor passes through the channel consisting of one or several heating unit. Each heating unit. Each heating unit is equipped with air heat and circle system. Each channel has one or several damp discharge systems. When the conveyer passes through it, hot air will pass through the raw material from up to low or from low to up. In this way the raw material can be dried evenly.

APPLICATION

The belt drier is ordinary continuous drying equipment. It is widely used for chemical industry, foodstuff industry, pharmaceutical industry, construction materials industry, electronics industry and so on. Especially it is suitable for drying raw materials that are good in berathability and have the shape of pieces or strip of granule. It is also possible the pasted raw material such as filter cake after shaped through granulator or extruder.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE

The materials are covered in belt evenly by feeding machine. The belt is made of stainless steel or nylon. It is driven by transmission system. The belt dryer is consisted of several units. Hot air circulate independently in each unit. Partial end gas is discharged by dehumidifying fan, waste gas is controlled by adjustable vale. The hot air pass through the belt which is covered material from up to down or down to up, this process achieves the exchanging of heat and moisture. The belt moves slowly, its speed can be adjusted according to the material temperature. It is ideal drying dehydrating equipment for vegetableand fruit.

Use for different types construction:

 

(1) Foundation pile, continuous wall

Foundation piles for high-speed rail, road and bridge and house building;

Articulation pile constructions which are required to be excavated, such as subway platforms, underground architectures, continuous walls.
